PIEDMONTESE RAILWAY MUSEUM ASSOCIATION

Founded in 1978, the Associations aims to find, preserve and functionally revalue particularly interesting railway material. 
The Museum is the owner of several locomotives, some of which are steam ones, used for historical-touristic trains. Sections with historical material, miniature models, a library, archives, a video library and a photographic library are being projected. 

The Railway Museum in Savigliano is opened to visitors in the following days and at the following hours:

OPENING HOURS

On Thursdays 2.30 pm – 5.30 pm
On Saturdays 10 am -12 am; 2.30 pm – 5-30 pm
On Sundays 10 am – 12 am; 2.30 pm – 5.30 pm


Reservation is compulsory for groups: it is necessary that you make an arrangement with ASAMF association, in charge of guided tours, by calling the number 0172 31192 (answering service), sending a fax to 0172 725536, or by e-mail.

Families and individuals can instead freely enter the museum during the normal opening hours.
